Alpha Bruton is Chief Consultant/Curator for An Art Consulting Limited Partnership (AACLP), a consulting partnership that provides professional and expert advice to individuals accessing the arts community.

Before embarking upon this business venture, I ask each artist/consultant the question, “Should we go into business together? Will we be able to work as a collaborative? Can we consolidate resources? Can each of us in our own expertise effectively meet our career aspirations?

The combined skills and knowledge each artist/consultant brings to the partnership can only equate to a formula for success. The binding thread that holds the partnership together is being seasoned artists and entrepreneurs from the field. We collaborate with artists and artistic organizations in an effort to facilitate mutual support, recognition, and the exchanging of ideas. We work to encourage a thriving community of artists and appreciation of art in Chicago.
